Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 100s Labo operates the 100s Labo Business - uploader app and the 100s Labo website. It applies when you visit 100slabo.com or when the channel owner authorizes the uploader app to connect to the 100s Labo Business YouTube account. The app is a channel-owner tool used to confirm the selected channel and upload or manage its videos. It is not a public sign-in service and does not let website visitors connect their accounts.
Information we collect
We collect only information needed to operate, secure, and improve our services:
- Website request and security data: when your browser requests a page or media file, our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser and device information, referring page, and security or error signals. This is used to deliver pages, protect the site, diagnose failures, and maintain service reliability.
- YouTube data authorized by the channel owner: the publishing tools request the YouTube API scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube. This permission allows the tools to access and manage YouTube account data needed for channel publishing. The tools read the selected channel's ID and title to confirm the correct channel is connected; read video details and publishing status; and upload video files with their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and visibility or scheduling settings when the owner asks them to publish. The tools do not request Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, location, or payment data. Google displays the requested permission before authorization, and no YouTube data is accessed until the owner grants it. - Messages you send us: if you contact us by email or another channel, we receive the contact details and message content you choose to provide so we can respond and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.
Our public website does not require an account and does not ask visitors to submit personal details to browse its pages. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the public website.
How we use information
For the 100s Labo YouTube publishing tools, YouTube account and channel details are used to verify that the owner selected the intended channel. Video metadata and status are used to prepare, upload, and confirm the requested publication. Video files and associated metadata are sent to YouTube only when the owner initiates a publishing action. The public website itself does not connect to Google accounts or access Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, create advertising profiles, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Google API data
The channel owner can disconnect access at any time using Google Account security settings. We access YouTube data only to provide the channel-selection, upload, and publishing functions described above, and only after authorization. The publishing tools run for the channel owner's account; they do not expose Google data to website visitors or other users.
We do not sell, license, or disclose Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers. Video files and publication details are transferred to YouTube because that is the service the owner directs the tools to publish to. The OAuth token is retained in a local, owner-controlled configuration file so the owner does not need to authorize every run; it is not placed on the public website. We do not send YouTube account data to other third parties. Where technical service providers process routine website requests or securely transfer a requested upload, they may process only the information needed to perform that service and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not permit human access to Google user data except when the account owner requests help and authorizes access, or when necessary for security, legal compliance, or investigating abuse.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our public pages are designed to work without an account or advertising cookies. Our hosting, security, or embedded third-party services may use essential cookies or similar technologies to provide a requested feature, prevent abuse, or maintain service reliability. Embedded media and links may allow their providers to collect information under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that host, secure, or operate our website and authorized features, solely so they can provide those services on our behalf. These providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our services, or our rights.
Retention and deletion
The local OAuth token is kept only while the channel owner needs the publishing tools; the owner can revoke it in Google Account security settings and delete the local token file to remove our stored authorization. Channel details and video metadata are retrieved as needed for a publishing task and are not kept in a separate user database. Upload records or error logs are kept only as long as needed to confirm and troubleshoot publishing. Website security logs are retained by our hosting provider according to its operational retention settings. Contact messages are kept as needed to respond and maintain appropriate business records. To request deletion of data held by us, including any Google data or authorization files, email us at the address below. We will delete it unless a limited retention is required by law or needed to resolve a security issue.
How we protect data
The publishing tools store their OAuth authorization token in a local configuration file on the channel owner's device, with file permissions restricted to that device's owner. The token is not published on this website. Connections to Google APIs and this website use HTTPS. Access is limited to the channel owner and to the publishing tasks the owner initiates. The owner can revoke the token at any time through Google Account security settings; after revocation, the tools can no longer access that Google account unless the owner authorizes again.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to use a feature that requests Google access, deny optional Google permissions where offered, revoke an existing connection in Google Account settings, or contact us to ask about or request deletion of information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. The YouTube publishing tools are for the channel owner, not children or public website visitors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. We will publish the current version on this page and update the date above.
